OneShield's Dragon Billing manages the billing lifecycle frombilling instruction to close, and manages direct and agency billingacross all lines of business. Automation of commissions, exceptionhandling, promise and delinquency processing, carry forwards,write-offs and refunds are a sample of Dragon Billing'sfunctionality.

With Dragon Billing, insurers can provide flexible billingoptions, payment plans, and features to help resolve customerissues quickly and easily. Under this alliance, OneShield Dragonwill be enhanced to include an integrated suite of BNY Mellonpayment solutions, including electronic payments, automatedclearing house payment processing, disbursements, and lockboxservices.
