Aon appointed SteveMcGill group president. He will oversee the development ofAon's overall growth strategy and opportunity planning, focused onthe firm's risk solutions segment, including Aon RiskSolutions and AonBenfield. McGill, who joined Aon 7 years ago, will maintain hisrole as chairman and chief executive officer at Aon Risk Solutions(read PC360's full story on McGill).

The National Insurance Producer Registry(NIPR) board of directors elected RogerSevigny as its president. Sevigny will replace LindaHall, who is retiring at the end of June. Currently he is the NewHampshire Insurance Commissioner and president of the NationalAssn. of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).

MarshBerry named RobLieblein executive vice president. He will overseefinancial consulting, M&A advisory and business planning. Priorto joining MarshBerry, Lieblein was a partner at DowlingHales.

Endurance RiskSolutions' financial and professionallines operation in New York City hired John Mulleras vice president. Muller will develop lawyers professional andmiscellaneous professional liability retail business. Prior, Mullerwas a senior production specialist with LexingtonInsurance Co., underwriting diverse professional liabilitycovers.

Kuykendall Gardner Risk and InsuranceBrokers hired Brendan Loflin asvice president. He will oversee insurance and bond sales, newbusiness development, client relations and client maintenance.Prior, Loflin served as a senior contracts negotiator at LockheedMartin.

Utica Mutual Insurance Co.named John M. Anderson and Steven E.Herman vice president and assistant vice president,respectively. Anderson currently serves as director of alternatemarkets development and Herman serves as associate general counselin Utica National's legal department.

Wells Fargo Insurance hiredKen Fraser to lead the risk management andinternational insurance practice for the company and the Wells Fargo Global Broker Network. The New YorkCity chapter of the International Assn. of InsuranceProfessionalsawarded Christine Chipurnoithe Helen M. Garvin Outstanding Achiever Award. Chipurnoi is seniorvice president at Wells Fargo. The award recognizes women whodemonstrate leadership, professionalism and service to theinsurance industry. Recently, Chipurnoi also became the firstfemale president of the Insurance Brokers' Assn. of the State of New York(IBANY).

Zurich announced SWBCwill be program administer writing excess flood policies forZurich nationwide. Policies will provide coverage above theNational Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and will coverhomes and businesses inside and outside FEMA's designated floodzone areas.

Fulcrum Insurance Programs announceda new property programavailable in 46 states (allexcept New York, Alaska, Maine and New Hampshire). The product issupported by an A XV rated, non-admitted carrier. It targets hotels(limited and full service, upscale, resorts and historicproperties), offices and retail buildings, light industrialbuildings, condominiums, non-frame apartment buildings, andmixed-use complexes. Coverage includes equipment breakdown,demolition and increased cost of construction, custom green upgradecoverage, limited earthquake and flood coverage, mold/fungus, nocoinsurance, and actual loss sustained on business income. The Arbella Insurance Foundation raised$20,600 to sponsor 2 days of outreach for theDana-FarberCancer Institute's Mammography Van, a mobile program that providesscreening mammograms and breast health education to eligible womenin Massachusetts. Arbella employees raised this money at thecompany's most recent “Pink Day” event. Staff raised $10,300, whichwas then matched by the company.

TheNational Alliance for Insurance Education &Research introduced 3 new specialty risk managementseminars. Each 8-hour course is taught by a practicing riskmanagement professional. The new classes are organizationalefficiency in public risk management, bullying prevention:solutions for schools, and secure houses of worship.
