Claims Data Quality is a combined software and consultingsolution, powered by the Trillium Software System, a data qualitysoftware platform. Insurance companies engage with TrilliumSoftware consultants using a data quality methodology to assess andquantify data defects in an automated fashion; deploy and applyinsurance-centric business logic to measure impact; and manage andestablish business processes in order to automate data defectanalysis and visualization.

Trillium also can create the business logic and measurementprocesses to correct data and monitor progress towards definedobjectives, and implement ongoing data quality processes to preventfuture data problems.

Clients receive a data assessment that reviewsall current claims data across repositories, systems, and processesto identify areas that need improvement. This includes anexamination of structured data contained in fields and unstructureddata from claims adjuster notes and other sources. Resultinganalysis, reporting and data assessment information can bedelivered in any requested user interface or format—from businessintelligence dashboards and scorecards to spreadsheets andfiles.
