A long-simmering dispute between Ryan Specialty, CRC InsuranceServices and Crump Group over the poaching of employees has come toend with a settlement.

In a terse statement, all three parties say they have resolved“existing disputes between them in a global, confidentialsettlement agreement.”

|

A pending lawsuit will be dismissed, the statements say.

In February, Crump said it reached an agreement not to proceed with—or at least to delay—asuit over a former employee's violation of a non-competeagreement.

|

CRC had its own claims against Ryan Specialty concerning 120employees who left the firm for Ryan Specialty.

|

BB&T Insurance Services, part of the Winston-Salem,N.C.-bank, and the parent of CRC,acquired Crump in February.
