The past year has seen Napersoft add new insurance customers andgrow company revenue by 16 percent, according to Chamberlin. Thecompany also launched a new software suite, Napersoft CCM 7, whichoffers additional ease-of-use for template authoring and flexibleintegration to other systems.

Napersoft has been in business for more than 25 years, assistingboth commercial and governmental customers of all sizes implementdocument creation and distribution solutions, according toChamberlin.

Napersoft CCM is a browser-based Customer CommunicationsManagement software solution used to compose, format, anddistribute personalized customer documents such as correspondence,letters, policies, agreements, statements, and explanation ofbenefits.

"With Napersoft CCM, customers reduce costs and improveefficiency, improve customer satisfaction, modernize IT with aflexible and agile solution, and mitigate regulatory compliancerisks," says Chamberlin.
