|USI Insurance Services and Hub International recently announcedacquisitions in Illinois and Canada.
|USI acquired Euclid Insurance Retail property and casualty andemployee benefits division from Euclid Insurance Services.
|Formed in 1952, Euclid, based in Itasca, Ill., operates healthand life general agency and a commercial managing general agencythrough Euclid Managers. Euclid will retain those properties. Alsounaffected is their Euclid Insurance Agencies in Melbourne,Fla.
|USI says it expects the acquired business to contribute morethan $7 million in revenue to USI.
|Hub International says it acquired Bettinson Insurance Group ofOakville, Ontario, Canada.
|Bettinson is a commercial insurance broker specializing inarranging coverage for the aviation industry.
|It will become part of HKMB Hub International Ltd.
|Terms of both transactions were not released.
