Nolde will be responsible for managingthe commercial lines underwriting team, broadening product base andfacilitating entry into non-standard/E&S lines. Prior, he wasassistant vice president at CNA.

Companion P&C names VP, COO: Companion P&C Insurance Group hiredRobert Rhodes as vice president and chiefoperating officer. Rhodes will oversee claims operations,third-party administrative services, premium audit and informationsystems. Prior, Rhodes served as chief operating officer andexecutive vice president at TCC of South Carolina.

Grange offers policy customization: Ohio andGeorgia Grange Insurance branches introducedhomeowners insurance policy customization options. With the newprogram, policyholders can work with independent agents toselect coverage options. K&B Underwriters launches worker's comp.program: K&B Underwriters unveiled a workers' compensationprogram backed by SeaBright Insurance Co. and under the DigniCARE Risk Solutions brand. The program features anational PPO network, an individual claims adjuster assigned toeach account an a return-to-work program.

CFC Underwriting launches PEO policy: Lloyd's MGA, CFCUnderwriting introduced a tailored professional and generalliability policy of US professional employment organizations (PEOs). PEOshandle HR functions, including administration of employee benefitprograms and workers' compensation. The policy is a comprehensiveand modular package which includes E&O, commercial generalliability, cyber and privacy liability, property cover and businessinterruption insurance.

K&K expands skating rink program: K&K Insurance Group announcedits ice and inline skating facilitiesprogram now includes roller skating rinks. Coverageavailable for rinks that meet underwriting guidelines includesgeneral liability, property, commercial auto, inland marine, crime,excess liability and workers' compensation as well as optionalsexual abuse and molestation coverage. Minimum premium is$5,000.
