XactScope, a mobile estimating app for the iPhone, iPad, andiPod touch, now includes Xactware's Sketch technology. With theaddition of Sketch, XactScope offers users a completeloss-site estimating tool that can help them draw floor plans, additems to estimates, download price lists, and generate reports.
|The new version of XactScope is used in tandem with the recentlyreleased Xactimate 27.5 Professional desktop estimating system.XactScope and Xactimate can exchange estimates, sketches, pricelists, and loss-site information, such as photos, notes, and voicememos.
|Using a touch screen, estimators can sketch rooms, stairs,roofs, and other structural features. Users can touch and drag toresize rooms or walls; enter openings, doors, and windows; attachrooms, roofs, and dormers; add fences, decks, and much more. Toenter items into an estimate, estimators have access to intuitivesearch functions, such as tapping on an illustration to see a listof options.
