I'm happy and excited to report that The Claims Coach isback! After many years in the corporate world, I have launchedQuinley Risk Associates, an insurance/claims consultingpractice. Its focus will be on casualty claims, litigationmanagement, training, writing, speaking, coaching, and expertwitness services.
