Software provider Prima Solutions announces the availability ofPrima Insure V7.2, the latest version of its customizable contractsand claims management application for life and non-lifeinsurance.

This new version now supports the configuration, distribution,and management of a new insurance product: mobile phone insurance.Managing the catalogue of mobile phones, creating a proposal, andunderwriting a telephony insurance contract, recording the firstnotice of loss and managing claims are now standard functionsprovided by Prima Insure V7.2. In addition to the telephonyinsurance support, this new version also provides about 200enhancements.

For the front-office distribution side, the management ofdistribution networks is fully modernized: new intuitive graphicalinterface to configure distribution networks and their hierarchy,ability to sell insurance products on behalf of a distributor, andthe capacity to fine-tune the relationships between distributorsand underwriters.

For the back-office side, Prima offers further expansion of thesearch function, support for life insurance packages in savingsproducts, upgrades and enrichments of the claims managementprocess, documentation management improvements, etc.
