PCIS, a provider of policy administration and claims solutions, announces it has introduced a business intelligence (BI) module for the ClaimsVision claims administration solution.
The BI module allows insurers to analyze historical claims data to identify trends, budget cash flow, predict outcomes, and uncover potential fraud.
The module offers browser-based analytics and an ad hoc reporting environment that enables carriers to turn data into actionable knowledge by producing all standard operational reports, conducting business data analyses, and accessing dashboards that offer key performance indicators in a visual representation for analysis and review.
