Two programs at the conference, which will be held Oct. 22-25 atCaesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nev. will examine managing risk exposures in gamingenvironments and hazards in the gaming, entertainment, andhospitality industries. Topics will range from employee dishonestyand bedbugs to food contamination and more.
