Nordhaus to be inducted into Tenn. Insurance Hall ofFame: George Nordhaus, chairman at Agencies Online, will be inducted into the RobertE. Musto Tennessee Insurance Hall of Fame in July. Nordhaus isthe foundr of the insurance-education publishing firm, InsurorsPress (now known as the Insurance Marketing and ManagementServices); the youngest non-British Name at Lloyd's of London; andthe co-founder and chairman of Agencies Online.

Feliciano named VP at ACIC: Armand Felicianohas been named vice president at the Assn.of California Insurance Cos. (ACIC). Feliciano joins ACICwith 17 years of legal, regulatory and legislative advocacyexperience in California. Feliciano will be responsible forgovernment affiars outreach on personal lines issue and regulatoryefforts in California.

Lockton hires VP: Marianne Halvorsen joined theLockton Cos. as vice president and producer. Halvorsen comes to thecompany from Willis, where she served as vice president, clientadvocate.

Roe named to UFO board, chairs Indiana YAC: Andy Roe,AU, ASLI, vice president of Arlington/Roe &Co., Indianapolis, has been named vice president of the AAMGAUnder Forty Organization Board of Directors, and also chair of theIIABA Indiana Young Agents Committee.

Gallagher acquires broker, subsidiary: Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquiredFish& Schulkamp Inc., Madison, Wis., a retail insurance brokerproviding commercial property & casualty and risk managementservices to clients throughout the central United States. Thecompany also acquired Independent Fiduciary Services Inc.,Washington, D.C., which will join Gallagher's investment advisorysubsidiary GBS Investment Consulting LLC.

Cross Insurance acquires brokerage: Bangor,Maine-based Cross Insurance, a subsidiary of Cross FinancialCorp., acquired Thomas Gregory Assocs. (TGA) to expand therecently formed Cross Insurance Wakefield. TGA provides insurance and risk management services for commercialproperty & casualty insurance, presonal insurance en employeebenefits. In March 2011, Cross Insurance acquired MazonsonInsurance in Wakefield, Mass., to form Cross Insurance Wakefield.With TGA's acquisition, the agency will now have over 50employees in its Wakefield office.

WKF&C PRO launches assisted living facilitiesprogram: WKF&C PRO has added an assisted livingfacilities program. It is available on non-admitted paper in allstates except Alaska and certain counties in Florida. The programoffers limits as high as $2 million/$4 million. Minimum premiumstarts at $1,800 for professional liability on a claims-made basis.General liability minimum premium is $450 for claism made and $600on an occurance basis. Optional coverage includes defense outsidethe limites, full-limit punitive damages, employers benefitliability and sexual abuse/molestation. The program is notavailable for nursing homes.

Westfield launches WesWorks: WestfiedInsurance has partnered with ReEmployAbility to offer aworkers' compensation program that benefits community serviceorganizations.
