CSC released its next-generation of RiskMaster, a softwaresystem that helps claims and risk managers administer all aspectsof liability and workers’ compensation incidents and claims. Thenewest features of the fully Web-enabled software, coupled withmajor enhancements over the past five years, provide insurancecarriers and others with broader capabilities in analytics andpolicy management.

Other improvements include an enhanced user interface and betterintegration with Microsoft Outlook and other associatedapplications. RiskMaster is browser-based software thatconsolidates multiple business functions, including incident andlegal matter management, into one solution. Additions to the datatool kit include standard CSC-designed templates that can becustomized to manage data imports and exports, such asenterprise-class data integration. With access to the sourcetemplate, users can modify the logic of the data flow and add theirown validations and other customizations to ease data access anduse.

CSC’s software offers liability and workers compensation claimsmanagement, from first notice of loss to final disposition, alongwith a flexible risk management information system. Thebrowser-based system can be installed at a client site or hosted byCSC.
