A lawsuit filed in Florida by professional wrestler Hulk Hogan was thrown out of the ring by a judge this month.

The lawsuit filed about a year ago in Pinellas County, Fla., alleged insurance broker Wells Fargo Southeast did not inform the popular entertainer, whose real name is Terry Bollea, of an additional excess/umbrella policy to cover his assets. This left Bollea underinsured when his son, Nick, was in a 2007 automobile accident that severely injured a passenger.

Last November Bollea added his ex-wife Linda to the lawsuit because she was his business manager and allegedly had the responsibility of attaining the right insurance for her then husband.
