The Innovation Group, a provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and software solutions to the insurance, fleet, automotive, and property industries, announced two new BPO services, Innovation Adverse Subrogation and Innovation Heavy and Specialty Equipment, for property/casualty insurers in the U.S. market.
Based on customer input regarding industry needs, Innovation Group leveraged internal claims adjusting and appraisal expertise and process to create these services. Both services have been piloted with Innovation Group customers and are now being made available to the industry.

For Innovation Adverse Subrogation, Innovation Group's current desk review service has been modified to specifically focus on adverse subrogation by combining claims professionals with expertise in both claim mitigation and appraisal/repair practices. By combining the talents of these unique claim professionals with historical parts locator technology, Innovation Group improves the overall accuracy of the adverse subrogation claims made against insurance companies, increases speed of settlement, and improves arbitration outcomes when necessary.
