|This spring the Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) willoffer courses in “Navigating Contractual Liability &Certificates of Insurance” and “Insuring Contractors.”
|The program was developed and will be taught by Jerry Milton infull-dayseminars that will be offered throughout Maryland andPennsylvania.
|Navigating Contractual Liability & Certificates of Insurancecovers the usual contractual indemnification provisions andinsurance requirements, plus the problems and issues withcertificates of insurance.
|This new course has been approved for eight continuing educationcredits in Maryland and Pennsylvania and submitted for eight inDelaware.
|Insuring Contractors examines contractors' various exposures andhow the commercial general liability, contractors' equipment andbuilders' risk policies respond.
