Daytona Beach, Fla.–based insurance broker Brown & Brown, Inc., said it has acquired Comcover Insurance Group, Inc., of Dania, Fla.
Financial terms of the transaction were not released. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to be completed by early January, Brown & Brown said.
