With the addition of Trion, MMA has grownto become the nation's12th largest insurance agency with annualrevenue of approximately $260 million.

Trion's four principals: Ed Garno, Jr., Ed Garno III, DaveOberkircher and Chris Veno will continue to lead Trion as part ofMMA. All of Trion's employees are expected to join MMA.
