IGO Examcollects applicant medical information through a centralized,technology-driven application team that completes a short interviewwith the applicant using EMSI's proprietary scripting methodology.At the interview conclusion, the application specialist obtains anelectronic signature and schedules the onsite physical exam usingEMSI's Web-based scheduling tool, ScheduleEZ.

This single point of telephonic contact with the applicantshortens processing cycle times, reduces manual errors, creates anaudit trail for regulatory compliance with a recorded transcript,and shortens the onsite physical exam to approximately 20minutes.
