|Arbitration Forums, a provider of arbitration and subrogationservices, said its web-based communication, document and claimmanagement system will be available in all 50 states in 2011.
|The service, E-Subro Hub, allows participants in the subrogationprocess "to more efficiently process their subrogation demands andresponses and provides performance data." It is currently availablein 23 states and the District of Columbia.
|W. Russ Smith, president and CEO of AF, said, "E-Subro Hub hasdemonstrated to participating carriers and self-insureds that itcan manage their subrogation workflow more effectively, reducesubrogation-related expenses and lower cycle times."
|Mr. Smith said E-Subro Hub will ultimately provide dataintegration, subro-netting, electronic payment and electronicadjusting services to users.
