3i Infotech announced it is expanding its service offerings in North America with two distinct business units: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Global Information Technology Services (GITS).
Kathy Hamburger, president of 3i Infotech, North America, will also serve as head of the global BPO group. Som Sarma will continue to head the GITS group globally.
Through these business units, 3i Infotech will deliver its technology solutions, domain expertise, and associated best practices in select vertical markets including insurance.
