Version 3.3 of Special Agent insurance agency management software, recently released by Special Agent Inc., helps independent agencies go paperless.
Now virtually all electronic documents, including emails, spreadsheets, PDFs, pictures and scanned images, can be attached to customer records. This allows agencies to keep each customer's records in one secure, easily accessible place.
Version 3.3 includes other updates, and supports the latest ACORD forms for every line of business in every state. Downloading is available for additional lines and additional carriers such as The Hartford, Merchants Mutual and Progressive.
