Daytona Beach, Fla.-based insurance broker Brown & Brown hasacquired Wakefield, Mass.-based Crowe Paradis.

Financial terms of the deal were not released.

Founded in 2002, Crowe Paradis, with annual revenues ofapproximately $23 million, is a national provider of SocialSecurity and Medicare advocacy services, and second injury fundrecovery services.

Michael Crowe, Brett Albren, the principals, and their staffwill join Brown & Brown and continue to operate from theirexisting locations.
