DALBAR evaluates life insurance and annuityWeb sites on a daily basis, and sites are scored on a 100-pointscale on several criteria, which are grouped into five broadcategories: functions, usability, content currency, consistency,and behavior centric. New York Life has also carried the DALBAR"excellent" designation for 25 consecutive quarters, more than sixfull years.
