Crawford & Company has confirmed that GCG has been retainedto assist Feinberg Rozen, LLP with Mr. Ken Feinberg's role as theadministrator of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility.

"GCG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crawford & Company, hasbeen engaged by Ken Feinberg of Feinberg Rozen, LLP, as a vendor toassist in the creation and management of the independent gulf coastclaims facility," confirmed a spokesperson from Crawford, who saidall further questions should be referred to Mr. Feinberg'soffice.

Mr.Feinberg has been retained by President Obama and BP toadminister the Fund. His selection received strong approval andsupport from the Obama Administration.

According to its web site, GCG -- formerly known as Garden CityGroup -- is a recognized leader in class-action, legal settlementadministration. Crawford also offers other services, includingproperty/casualty claim management and workers' compensation claimsand medical management. GCG has past experience handling large,complex cases, including the $6.2 billion WorldCom Securitieslitigation. It also handled General Motors' bankruptcy efforts.

According to Mr. Feinberg's spokesperson, Worley CatastropheResponse Company will continue to work with his office to assistwith the administration of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility,including the staffing of 36 claim office facilities throughout theaffected Gulf region. ESIS continues to work with BP but will notbe directly involved with the GCCF once the transition to the newfacility has occurred..
