Grange Insurance has added another feature to its claimscustomer portal that allows customers to submit claims online 24/7for homeowners, personal auto, commercial auto, commercialliability, commercial property, and workers' compensation policiesthrough their My Grange account on GrangeInsurance.com.Customers also can view their real-time claim status online.

In addition to reporting claims online, customers can call the24-Hour Loss Reporting Center at (800) 445-3030 or contact theirindependent Grange Insurance agent.
Registered My Grange users can also track claims online, gaininstant access to their personal claims specialist, check thestatus of damage payments, and view and print policy documents.
