Zurich has announced that insurance broker Marsh U.S. Consumer, a serviceof Seabury & Smith Inc., is the new administrator for itsPrograms & Direct Markets' lawyers' professional liabilityprogram. Marsh will be the administrator for attorneys inConnecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York,Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.
|Attorneys with Zurich-issued lawyers' professional liabilitypolicies are encouraged to call 877-783-5434 to initiate the stepsrequired to authorize the transfer of records to Marsh. Attorneysnot currently accessing the Zurich-issued Professional Liabilityprogram can call the same number to learn how they canparticipate.
