The Arbella Insurance Group has announced the appointment of Jim Hyatt as vice president of personal lines. Hyatt will oversee Arbella's personal lines group, which generates more than $450 million in annual premiums.
|Hyatt comes to Arbella from The Hanover Insurance Group, where he worked for the past six years. In his most recent position with Hanover, Hyatt was vice president and national sales director for personal lines across the company's 20 states. In that role, Hyatt led field teams, broker relationships and the company's overall distribution strategy. Hyatt also held a number of other leadership roles at Hanover, with expertise in many aspects of personal lines, including operations, underwriting, product development, and pricing. He also served as regional president and ran the New England territory for all lines of business.
