Mutual Service Office Inc. announced it has partnered with PaulDavis Restoration Inc. cleanup services to provide emergencyservices mitigation and reconstruction.

The Glen Rock, N.J.-based property and casualty rating servicebureau said the services would be available around the clock to itsmember insurance companies and select prospects. Financial detailsof the arrangement were not released.

Paul Davis, a national franchise firm, provides fire, water andmold damage cleanup and restoration services for residential andcommercial properties.

Through this preferred vendor relationship arrangement, MSO saidit will benefit from having a national restoration contractornetwork that has 40 years-plus of experience in restoring propertydamage due to fire, flood, wind, storm or other disaster.

"This agreement will give MSO member insurance companies andtheir policyholders access to an experienced organization known forquick response and quality work for all their disaster restorationneeds," said Tracy Bachtell, senior vice president, BusinessDevelopment for Paul Davis.

"We at Paul Davis are pleased with the agreement and lookforward to working with the MSO organization," she added.

MSO said it is the oldest continuously operating property andcasualty rating service bureau, providing product development andrating services to the insurance industry since 1944.

The company offers programs that are comprehensive and easy touse. MSO said its plain language programs save companies money "byclearly excluding coverage for claims that were never intended tobe paid. Consistency of policy wording between the programs alsomakes claims handling easier."
