|Ms Wieland is vice president of claims for Walnut Creek,Calif.-based Heffernan Insurance Brokers, which announced that shehad received the honor.
|National Association of Insurance Women-Region VIII supports thestates of California, Utah, Hawaii, and Nevada.
|An insurance professional for 21 years, Ms. Wieland joinedHeffernan in 2006 and was promoted to vice president in 2007. Shealso worked for Zenith Insurance Company and Travelers InsuranceCompany throughout her career.
|The National Association of Insurance Women (International) isdedicated to development of leaders in the insurance industry. Itcounts nearly 13,000 members belonging to local associations acrossthe United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
