The Hanover Insurance Group Inc. appointed Steven J. Bensinger as executive vice president and senior financial officer Jan. 8, and is selected to be chief financial officer in March.
Bensinger will replace Eugene M. Bullis, who will retire later this year.
Bullis joined The Hanover in 2007, and plans to retire from the company May 10. He will work closely with Bensinger in the interim to ensure a smooth transition in financial leadership.
