The Securus Group and The Dunlop Agency have merged in a movethat is aimed at bolstering its market share in the Lehigh Valleyand South Central regions of Pennsylvania.
|The merged agency, known as The Securus Dunlop Group, isheadquartered in Lancaster, Pa., with a second office inWyomissing, Pa.
|Ray Shirk, president and chief executive officer of The SecurusDunlop Group said that "Together our companies will be able toexpand our insurance, employee benefits, bonding, third partyadministration and financial services network. This partnershipaffords our businesses additional leverage serving our respectiveclients, offering a wider variety of products and services andreinforcing our commitment in our local communities."
|The firms' Wyomissing business will continue to be managed byArt Dunlop and Rich Keith.
