Oswald Trippe & Co., a Fort Myers-based agency, has mergedwith BB&T Insurance Services. The merger takes Oswald Trippefrom the 39th largest insurance broker in the United States, basedon revenue, to the seventh, in combination with BB&T.
|Oswald Trippe has some 130 employees in Florida, with offices inSarasota, Holmes Beach, Lakewood Ranch, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral,Naples, Miami, Weston, and Ocala.
