Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. has expanded itsentertainment division to music and live entertainment to insurethe full range of musical artists and their specializedexposures.
|Fireman's Fund will be underwriting new customers such as musicfestivals, record labels, promoters and talent management. Inaddition, for live entertainment exposures the company will alsoinclude spectator liability. Fireman's Fund will continue to insureconcerts, theaters, shell corporations, recording studios, rentalhouses and event production services as part of the new unit.
|To support this expansion, Fireman's Fund entertainment businesswill now feature 2 distinct underwriting units. The company hasformed a underwriting unit specializing in live entertainment. Thesecond underwriting unit will continue to focus on film,television, D.I.C.E. related products and photographers.
