|The EPL program offers underwriting expertise for small andmid-sized businesses and organizations. It provides broad coveragefor employment practices "wrongful acts," including coverage fordiscrimination, harassment, retaliation, constructive discharge,termination, failure to hire and negligent supervision coveringfull and part time employees, temporary workers, committee members,directors, officers, trustees, committee members and leased orseasonal employees.
|Included in the program are coverages for:
|prior acts
punitive or exemplary damages
pre- and post-judgment interest
personal injury
duty to defend
spousal claims
monetary and non-monetary claims
equal employment opportunity commission claims (or stateequivalent)
Deductibles are available as low as $1000 and limits are availableup to $5 million.
