Brown & Brown Inc., Daytona Beach, has acquired the groupemployee benefits division of Roussel & Associates. Thepurchase price was not disclosed.
|The division and its team, including Paul Roussel and ChrisHartnett, will relocate to Brown & Brown's office in Nashville,Tenn.
|Roussel & Assocs., a financial services agency in Brentwood,Tenn., will continue to offer other financial products and servicesto individuals and businesses.
|Brown & Brown provides a range of insurance and reinsuranceproducts and services, as well as risk management, third partyadministration, managed health care, and Medicare set-asideservices and programs.
