Aon Corp. insurance brokerage said it is reorganizing its unitwhich manages captive insurance operations, and that actioninvolves four appointments.

The Chicago based firm said it is giving Aon Global InsuranceManagers (AGIM), a regional leadership structure to better alignmanagement with client needs within its three hubs (EMEA: Europe,the Middle East and Africa; the Americas; and Asia Pacific).

Aon said the alignment includes the following appointments:

o Andrew Tunnicliffe, chief operating officer for Aon GlobalRisk Consulting, will provide global leadership for the newregional structures.

|

o Nancy Gray will assume responsibility for AGIM's U.S. andCanadian operations. In addition, she will now be tasked withresponsibility for operations in the Cayman Islands, Bahamas,Barbados, Bermuda and Panama.

|

o John English will assume responsibility for the leadership ofAGIM's operations in EMEA. This covers operations in Guernsey,Dublin, the Isle of Man, Switzerland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Gibraltarand Malta.

|

o Paul Johnson will continue to have responsibility for AGIMoperations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

|

"The basic fundamentals of captive management have been impactedby a period of dramatic upheaval driven by the economic crisis,"said Mr. Tunnicliffe in a statement. "Aon Global Insurance Managersis committed to partnering locally and regionally with clients toaddress these challenges, including capital efficiency, regulatoryand legislative change and the shifting political environment."
