SPSS Inc., a provider of predictive analytics software andsolutions, has launched PASW Statistics 18 (formerly SPSSStatistics), the latest version of its statistics software suiteused by insurers, government, and academic organizations to solvebusiness and research problems.

PASW Statistics 18 combines new and enhanced capabilities tosupport the entire analytic process--preparing data, runninganalysis, and creating and delivering reports. The latest versionhas both new features that automate operations, new analysis, andreporting capabilities that improve results as well as expandedability for users to create their own analytical functionalityusing open source--R and Python--programming languages.
