|Seattle-based insurance technology solutions provider Vertaforesaid it has reached a reseller agreement with RatchetSoft that willallow users of ImageRight to integrate the product with a varietyof browsers. Terms of the deal were not released.
|RatchetSoft is the developer of Ratchet-X, a desktop applicationintegration tool. The program allows users to link all systemswithout modification. Vertafore said Ratchet-X is used in theinsurance, health care, financial services, hospitality and travelindustries to reduce the time and effort necessary to performapplication integrations.
|In June, Vertafore's ImageRight customers, utilizing Ratchet-X,will be able to use any Windows or browser-based applicationwithout the need to make changes to those applications. ImageRightis the company's process and productivity reporting tool.
