Syosset, N.Y.-based insurance brokerage Bradley & Parkerannounced it has acquired Profile Coverage Corp. and its affiliatedcompanies, based in Ronkonkoma, N.Y. No financial terms wereannounced.

Bradley & Parker said Profile Coverage placed about $30million in premium and is an all-lines insurance agency andbrokerage offering risk management, commercial and personalproperty-casualty, life and health insurance services to itsclients on Long Island and in the metropolitan New York area. Thefirm has been in business since 1964.

Profile Coverage will continue to operate in its currentlocation and will become Bradley & Parker's Suffolk Countyoffice with 24 employees joining the firm. Steve Fuoco, a mangerwith Profile Coverage, was named vice president and branch manager.Lou Pellegrino, president of Profile Coverage, will remain as anexecutive consultant to Bradley & Parker.

Bradley & Parker, established in 1939, is an all-linesinsurance agency and brokerage. According to its Web site, the firmplaces more than $50 million in insurance premium annually and hasa customer base of over 8,000.
