Ravello Solutions has announced the acquisition of KLJ ComputerSolutions Claims Management Technology. The acquisition putsRavello in a position to provide solutions for the entire insuranceworkflow spectrum, according to the company.

With the purchase of this technology, Ravello now has thefunctionality to manage the entire policy life cycle, includingpolicy administration, billing, and claims. The solutions wereintegrated prior to the acquisition and provide seamlessfunctionality to users. The solution suite is Web based and builton a standards-based architecture that provides a real-timecommunication and workflow process.

Jason McGrath, who served as the president of KLJ, has joinedthe Ravello team as part of the acquisition. He will overseeRavello Claims and will work with the rest of the Ravello team tofurther develop Ravello's technology leadership. McGrath will serveas president of Ravello Claims and CTO of the entire firm. "Wesearched for years for the right claims partner and were thrilledto find this technology," says Andrew J.
