ISO has acquired D2Hawkeye, Inc., a provider of informationsolutions for the healthcare industry. Solutions from D2Hawkeyeinclude advanced healthcare analytics, data mining, decisionsupport, clinical quality analysis, and risk analysis tools.

Founded in July 2001, D2Hawkeye is headquartered in Waltham,Mass., and has technology operations in South Asia. D2Hawkeyebuilds and manages integrated medical and financial databases forits customers, applies its proprietary evidence-based medicalrules, and provides an ASP-based interface for medical analyticsand reporting.

Verisk Health includes thehealthcare enterprise business intelligence platform offered byUrix and DxCG's predictive modeling solutions. ISO acquired Urix in2006 and DxCG in 2004.
