AMS Services, a provider of agency automation products, todayannounced the release of its AMS Sagitta version 7.5 agencymanagement software.

The improvements include “enhancements to Certificates/EPIprocessing, multidate off functionality, download import and astandard flood line of business,” said Bothell, Wash.-basedAMS.

According to the company, these changes complement AMS Sagitta'sscalable architecture, “providing enterprise-class, securefunctionality that help agencies better service clients and managetheir business.”

“The new features in AMS Sagitta were developed as a directresult of customer feedback,” said Caroline Heckathorn, enterpriseproduct manager for AMS. “For example, the unique-to-the-industryCertificates/EPI functionality was thoroughly tested in severalhands-on usability labs.”

She said the product will “significantly increase our customers'efficiency because it gives them the ability to quickly processcertificates with the necessary attachments en masse.”

AMS said the multidate off function allows users to “deletemultiple items from lists of vehicles, drivers, scheduled property,etc. in one step, which saves agency time.”

Other features include a download import filter that segregatesmailbox entries by user and displays only relevant items inagencies with multiple locations and/or several download processingresources, the company noted.

“Flood line of business”–formerly a custom functionality–is nowa part of the core AMS Sagitta system and includes support forrelated ACORD forms and AL3 download from carriers, said AMS.
