The coverage is quoted and issued by agents on Commercial IQ,the company's proprietary online application. Schedule credits ofup to 15 percent are available to qualifying employer accounts withadditional credit available upon underwriter consideration asallowed by statutory requirements. Packaged accounts are billed asone and annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly billing plansare available to employers.

The program also offers locally-supported, professional lossprevention services, including risk management solutions, safetyprogram development and training, and cost containment strategies.A return-to-work program is offered in conjunction with lossprevention and specialized workers' compensation claims serviceincludes nurse case management by dedicated workers' compensationadjusters.
