Eileen Hale has been named director of quality and fieldoperations of Arbitration Forums Inc.(AF) Hale will assist with theplanning and development of new member-driven programs and qualityimprovement projects as they relate to AF's short- and long-rangeobjectives.
|Hale has more than 25 years of claims and management experience,most recently as director in the southeast region of USAA. Shestarted her career as a field adjuster with The St. Paul Cos. andheld positions with Erie Insurance and Fireman's Fund beforejoining USAA in 1989. Hale has a bachelor's degree in economicsfrom the State University of New York at Stony Brook, is a CPCU,and holds the Senior Claims Law Associate designation.
