Ohio Casualty, a Liberty Mutual Agency Markets regional company,is teaming with The National Alliance for Insurance Education &Research to offer its Certified School Risk Managers (CSRM) Programin Ohio. The five-course professional designation program is forrisk managers for school districts.

The program will be held on February 4 and 5, 2009, and willresume on September 29, 2009, at Ohio Casualty's home office inFairfield, Ohio. Fundamentals of Risk Management, Handling SchoolRisks, and Measuring School Risks are the first three courses whichguide participants through the risk management process, emphasizingpractice over theory. The final two courses, Funding School Risksand Administering School Risks, will be scheduled in early2010.

To complete the CSRM course of study and earn the CSRMdesignation, participants must successfully pass examinations foreach course within three years. To maintain CSRM certification andensure continuing career development, there is an annual continuingeducation requirement.
