Guy Carpenter & Company reinsurance brokerage announcedtoday that Elizabeth Keys has been appointed chief financialofficer effective immediately, filling the post previously held byAjay Junnarkar.
|Prior to joining the firm, Guy Carpenter said Ms. Keys wassenior vice president and CFO of Syncora Holdings. Herresponsibilities included the management of the firm's globalfinance function, including accounting, budgeting andSarbanes-Oxley compliance.
|Before joining Syncora, Ms. Keys held a number of senior levelpositions at General Motors Corporation from 1997 to 2005,including controller of GMAC Commercial Finance, director ofWorkforce Management-Employment Cost Analysis and director ofInvestor Relations. She began her career in Deloitte and Touche'sAudit division.
