Safeco Insurance and Colorado Casualty, Liberty Mutual AgencyMarkets companies, announced key management appointments to leadtheir personal and commercial lines operations in their mountainterritory. Claudette A. Kenmir has been named vice president ofSafeco Insurance and mountain regional general manager.

Joining Safeco's mountain personal lines field operations asagency managers and reporting to. Kenmir are: Branka Dramicaninrepresenting Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico; and Susan Swansonrepresenting Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.

Ronald Casner and Philip R. Lucca continue as regional vicepresidents for Colorado Casualty's commercial lines operations withCasner representing the Arizona region and Lucca representing theDenver region. Colorado Casualty recently appointed Kim Schafer asassistant vice president of marketing and Richard Miles asassistant vice president of underwriting.

The Agency Markets business unit's personal lines will be soldunder the Safeco brand. Indiana Insurance will be the exclusiveprovider of commercial lines business in its nine-state Midwestterritory, where Safeco will also offer personal lines.
