AMS Services, a Vertafore Inc. company, has appointed Bill Bunker as president. Bunker will drive business expansion, operational execution and divisional strategy.

Bunker joined AMS Services in 2005 as senior vice president of products and marketing. Prior to that, he was vice president of marketing and business development at MessageGate Inc, served as an executive team member at Onyx Software, and worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Ed Roshitsh is also being promoted to executive vice president and COO of AMS Services. Roshitsh will be responsible for revenue-generating and customer-facing activities including sales, customer service, professional services and implementation. Roshitsh joined AMS Services in March 2006 as senior vice president of sales and enterprise operations. Prior to that, Roshitsh was vice president of worldwide sales at Blackbaud and vice president of sales, marketing and services for Data Processing Sciences Corporation.
